Mrak's awful UI desperately needs an update - Solutions?

I asked Mrak (Cheat Vendor) to give me The Hand of Naz and after around 15 tries I figured that it wont appear at all. Whatever, I switched to the Purveyor of Curiosities and asked Mrak to grant me Obols a few times, because I had no luck there either.

After that, I needed to rest my sore RSI hands a bit. But instead of preparing my new character for looting gloves from Duriel, I decided to do something more productive first: Giving general feedback about the dancing nuisance and its multiple problems.

1 Textbox interruptions:
After each time you click an option, the Mrak textbox shuts down and requires you to click the NPC again, which is quite irritating. Whatever the reasons for this clunky structure are, everything there loudly signals that you either need a better NPC UI or, better yet, a different place to hand out these boosts.

  • It makes more sense to have a list of options in some big window (P for PTR), so players have comfortable access to it whereever they are, not just in Kyovashad.

2 Confirmation is missing:
Because these window shutdowns happen after each click, it initially is not clear when the final option is clicked on. It also can occure that you click on the final option, for example with Unique caches, and no items are put into the inventory, and then I wonder how often I need to redo the clicking to have effect.

  • Here I suggest to add reliable audio feedback after receiving anything from the NPC + general sounds for picking up caches (also on life servers), or for these boxes to drop on the floor first, which would be helpful for my next point.

3 Items, Caches, Inventory spam:
Loot caches are coming in sets. But receiving multiple caches at once becomes annoying if you want to loot specific items, (GA items, single items, Mythics, new Uniques), so basically right from the beginning. This excess either fills the floor or the inventory with stuff players have to sift through or get rid of afterward. Again and again.

  • When it comes to items, I suggest to move them away from the clunky text-only Mrak and to a regular vendor or interface list with icons, so players can easily click the specific thing they want to test.

TLDR: @Blizzard - Rethink accessibility of PTR content. Dont make this experience a hassle for players if you want sufficient feedback.
