Mouse sensitivity?

Is it not possible to change your mouse sensitivity?

EDIT: @RockerBaby it won’t let me reply but that option is for controllers. It doesn’t seem to exist for PC?

yes controls somewhere

Was looking for the same but seems like it doesnt exist, only for controller.
Pls add mouse sensitivity.

Yup i was also searching for the mouse sensivity option on pc… and i can confirm that there’s none… in the all time history of gaming i think it’s the first and only one game to not provide any mouse/keyboard option… are we really in 2023 !?

But hear me out… the worst part isn’t even of not being able to adjust your ingame sensivity… it’s not being able to disable the sh*ty “Mouse Acceleration” setting build within the game which make your ingame cursor so inconsistent and ruin your muscle memory !

the game runs windowed fullscreen, there is no mouse sensitivity because the game never controls that, you can change your mouse sensitivity from windows (operating system) settings.

This is the worst BS thing we could hope for. We aren’t playing D4 only… what a pain in the a$$ to need to switch back the windows sensitivity or dpi of your mouse everytime you switch from Diablo to another game… like really who the hell at blizzard thought that it was going to be a professional and good idea for a 150$ game? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

look, im not saying its not dumb. i just gave the solution to how to change it. i understand what you are saying and dont disagree, just dont shoot the messenger please. ok? cool. thank you.

if theres no mouse sens ingame i would assume it just takes the windows one?

change it there maybe.

i dont get how youd be fine with your sens in windows and not in the game though

i ain’t blaming you or “shooting” you at all don’t worry about that unless you’re a D4 Dev working at blizzard haha. Thanks for stopping by to chat with me it’s appreciated

Because the movement you make with your cursor while you are browsing on the internet and opening software and apps on your desktop isn’t the same as when you track monsters around in nightmare dongeon. Every single game has their own mouse sensitivity option, when i do play Counter-Strike in full-windowed mode i still have my mouse sensitivity option available ingame, same for Apex, CoD, Valorant, League of Legend, Rust, Destiny, WoW, Overwatch, etc etc etc :man_shrugging:

well yeah id totally understand for a shooter style thing.

but with this fixed camera aiming at a monster is about like aiming at a folder

my mouse feels the same in both, i like it.

could definitely use a setting though, more options is better.

This is why i mentioned League of Legend, i could also say smite and much more but i’ll stop the list there. Im just really disappointed at many point of the game since the start. They sold the highest priced game in history (150$) with a whole bunch of cut corners everywhere.

Hear me out, the game is great and i love it but there’s many stuff missing for an official game release that should be there with the price they’re selling it. Obviously if we were in Beta i would understand but we aren’t anymore.

Also in case you would think im talking off my hat to look interesting, i already have many level 100 character in eternal realm and already a level 100 with 80+ hours on it into the season 1. So what im sharing right now is my honest experience and not a 2 hours into the game complaint.

With that being said thanks alot everyone for passing by but, im out of here as anyway… it wont change anything to the situation to keep that talk going. I wish you all a wonderful day and an happy farming session into the game !

Wish @PezRadar would see this and leave an actual official reply on this subject.

theres very few official replies on this forum, you can use twitter and @ a game dev and chances are you will get an official reply.

I have no idea how to “@” someone on here as it don’t seems to work for me when i simply does @PezRadar . I’m not very familiar with this forum tho

no, i meant on twitter that would work, here is the wild wild west, devs dont come around these here parts ya hear? they look @ the forums like its “that side of town” if you get my implication.

Yeah i gotcha, thanks alot my friend !! :grinning:

I totally understand what you are laying down. The issue is we aren’t paying twitter for a game or a subscription we are paying Blizzard. Which is why I usually post here and not social media.

Also if the forums are really looked at as, “that side of town” why have them at all? Maybe I am recalling the old days back when going to the forum is WHERE YOU WENT TO GET IT DONE! Just seems to be alot of outsourcing so they don’t, “have to” respond to the majority of comments. (Yes I know I Necored this thread)

they have forums the same reason why stores have branches in times square. to maintain an appearance.
