My mouse cursor keeps disappearing while playing and sometimes I even get the windows disconnect sound and the mouse fails completely. I play lots of PC games and I’ve only ever had this problem in D4 beta and now in the full release. I’m surprised this is still a bug. It makes the PC port nearly unplayable with mouse. This mixed with the current lag happening I can’t make any progress in game anymore because the mobs kill me every time my mouse messes up or I get input lag.

My mouse disappears when I open another window inside the game (inventory, skills). In order to get it to appear again I have to alt + tab out of the game and then come back. It happens frequently, it is a bit annoying.
my wife has been having the same issue, double tapping the windows key seems to fix it temporarily but it is annoying.
she’s using a wireless logitech trackball

I also have this issue… and i cant find any solution on the internet. cursor lock on the menu does nothing! i hope they fix it.

Same issue, tried all of the above still no cursor. Very frustrating, any known fixes for this?
Today I launched D4 and for a few seconds my mouse appears as a loading icon, but when it gets to the actual start page it’s gone and I can’t do anything with it. Tried restarting the game, the pc and swapping usb ports.
Still can’t play.
Edit: I think I figured my issue out. It turns out the Xbox controller I had plugged in was the culprit. After I unplugged it everything seemed to work. What’s weird is that controller is ALWAYS plugged in to my PC and I’ve played D4 several times before without issue.

I’m having the same issue. Mouse dissapearing, aswell as game freezing, having to tab back and forth.
Same issue here, but no console controllers connected to the system. :-/ Cursor is sometimes visible, sometimes not, which makes targeting mobs during combat insanely frustrating “oh, you needed that ultimate to hit the boss? that’s okay, since you couldn’t target without a cursor, that trash mob just took it in the teeth!” :-/
only solution i’ve found is to run in windowed mode.

I’m also having this issue. The cursor frequently disappears entirely, though it’s obviously still present as I can still select buttons and whatnot as I move the mouse around. Some sort of Z-issue, probably. I can hit Shift in the main window and usually the cursor reappears, but in the map and other full-screen windows (such as collections and social) it seems like the only way to get it back is to Esc back to the main and use the Shift method. It’s super annoying and happens a lot! I’m using a Logitech G903 , if that helps.
