No Celestial Horsey but still have Celestial Armor

Feeling left in the dark about tempering. any plans for possible adjustments? maybe a we cant talk about it yet but hang in there or screw you we worked hard on it and its here to stay?
Until now, the bug has not been fixed. I guess they are only concerned about how to make money from players to please their bosses.
Same camp here. Missing my mount from the Among the Stars shop set. Have the barding and the trophy. I will say that before it went missing, I was using it in town and engaged with an NPC and couldnt get off my mount so I logged out and then switched mounts. I didnt realise it was missing til this evening.
I wish I read this bug section before purchasing another mount bundle. This morning I purchased the “Among the stars” bundle, but I only got the mount armor and trophies, no Polaris mount. Moreover, it seems some of my other mounts are missing too. Checking the whole stable gives me headache because I purchased lots of mount bundles before…
I have the same missing horse issue. Lets fix it and not just prioritize amassing revenue first. You would think such an issue would only occur with a smaller incompetent game studio.
In the same way, the Xiansai Herald mount is missing, while the support redirects here to the bug reorts and advises to create a topic. However, since there is already a topic, I’ll just note that I have the same problem.
My Xiansai horse mount missing too, not visible in stable at all.
So I am guessing that test fix didn’t pan out. Any updates? Most of the missing mounts cost $25 a pop…

I too after purchasing the preorder or the patch, have noticed my polaris mount is missing from the among the stars bundle.

I missed my Mount after the Patch too. At first I could´nt get off my horse - then I changed the horse in the stable and then it was gone

Same here I’m missing my two celestial mounts. And ideas on how to get them back?

Add me to the list of disappearing mounts. Both some purchased and season rewards. Hopefully patched into reappearing soon.

My mounts are still missing after the patch for today (Wednesday 6/12/24) and the horses are still unable to perform any actions. Will there be another fix and or credit for this situation? (UPDATE) I just logged in and all my mounts are back!!!, however, the horses still don’t have stamina and can’t rush or anything as well as the skills still not working.

I Just downloaded a 163 mb patch and my missing mounts are back. Cheers!

I bought the Among the Stars mount today and the horse is not in my inventory, although the little gold diamond at the Stable Master is there indicating I have a new mount.
