I’m also missing mounts.
One “Xiansai Herald Prestige Mount” and Shooting Star “Celestial Court”
since I paid money for them, I’d like to have them back.
I’m missing the “Vermilion Eye Piebald Mount” - the collective reward from the Blood Harvest event (one of my characters was riding it prior to this bug), and a few others I cannot recall the names of. I can tell my collection is a lot smaller.

I am missing some mounts too, noticably the season of blood mounts. Its possible i am missing some more but since this seems to be a problem in general i hope it will get a fix soon
I’ve got an answer for my submitted ticket regarding this issue:
"I understand your concern is regarding some of your mounts not appearing on your Diablo 4 account.
However, I’d like to kindly note that this is a known issue ever since the last patch 1.4.2."
So I guess they are probably working on fixing this issue. However, they encouraged me to submit a bug report meanwhile they are fixing this.
Some kind of compensation would be a nice gesture for those who paid a full game’s price for horses. I cannot live without my crystal horse.

Noticed today my Xiansai stallion is missing.
24 hours after the patch and still no hotfix for the thousands of people that can’t start the game, because you know a roll back or something of the sort would take money out of their greedy little hands
not sure how many mounts im missing but the ones i noticed was the two mounts from season 2 season of blood the two that was in the pass are gone and now looking at it im missing Reins of the caldeum steed too
How did you submit a trouble ticket? I keep being routed to these forums… it’s really frustrating.

I’m also missing some mounts, and I seem to have a mount from season three from the battle pass but I didn’t buy the battle pass… lol
Also just discovered my season of blood mounts are gone as well. I have a feeling some others are missing as well, I just can’t put my finger on it.
That is exactly one of the ones I’m missing and that’s my favorite one
Same I could not dismount, so I changed mounts, then it disappeared from the stable.

same here, missing Piebald destrier at least. Had the “couldn’t dismount” bug until I saw another thread mentioning to change mounts, because the now-missing one was still active breaking the dismount functionality.
I just noticed that I’m missing the mounts from the season of blood battle pass.
I am missing my “Among the Stars” mount as well.

Missing mount as well. Feelsbadman, was looking forward to equipping it and it’s not there. Such sadness here.

Several bought mounts missing; Vitreous scourge and Polaris for me. Same as the others have mentioned, but also noticing store bought tombstone markers missing too. Also bought backpack items. Store mounts/tombstones/backpacks seem to be gone.
