I’m not sure what happened, But some of my mounts are missing from my stable?

forgot about this bug and got reins of caldeum steed and didn’t get added to my stable

With the update yesterday (I think it was yesterday that they announced the new expansion) 5 of my mounts have gone missing. When they did one of them was active for one of my characters and once I mounted I was unable to dismount either by actively dismounting (tried clicking on icon/ “z”/ and “3”) and was also unable to dismount with the ability dismount (again I tried clicking on the icon and pressing “1”). I could dismount either by logging out or from enemy attacks). Everything else was accessible. The Mounts that I am aware of that are missing are: Season 2 mounts (awoken and not awoken), “Celestial Court” mount, “Xiansai Herald” mount, and “Blood For Money” mount. I may be missing more, but I don’t think so. It also looks like all bardings and trophies are still accessible. I had access to at least some if not all of the missing ones prior to the latest download (I equipped and was using the Xiansai Herald one shortly after I purchased the “Ancient Hydra” armour. Hope this was helpful… PS: It would be nice to get them back soon. (looks wistfully hopeful (But I know you are all working your best

It’s just so unfortunate, I also seem to have a mount from the battle pass for season three but I didn’t have a battle pass for that season
Same. The Crystal Clad mount from the Vitreous Scourge pack has disappeared from both my wife’s and my games.

Same here. I’m missing at least 2 mounts - one purchased from the shop. I submitted a ticket and was told it’s a known issue.

Same here paid for celestial mount and it’s gone. Still have the armor and trophy just the mount is gone. I also had the mount enabled and wasn’t able to dismount using “z” nor use the dismount attack “1”, so I decided to change mounts and then poof celestial gone!
Everything seems to be back now… Thank-you!
