so my gf bought the game on ps5. we played a bit and since she has new account it gave her the option to skip campaign on the character selection screen even tho she never completed campaign before. told her to click that so we can jump for season content. now she is lvl 24 and still have no mounts. how does she get the mount now ? since they added a skip campaign for new players apparently they didnt think about the mount lmao

Did you try talking to the Stable master in Kyovashad?
yes it tells her to complete campaign but she skipped it how come they didnt think about that ? so now she will never get a mount or what
she has to play the campaign, which id advice anyway, if shes a new player. let her enjoy the story 
Idk this may be a bug with the skip option after only doing the prologue. I’d think you’d still have the option to buy a mount in the least from the stable master. From there you can earn additional mounts, but perhaps this isn’t functioning correctly.
Tell her to go to Kyovashad and look for a quest called DONAN"S FAVOR.
Try looking for him up at the cathedral, since that is where you are supposed to pick that quest up during the story.
IF it isn’t bugged, that is where you will find the quest. If it IS bugged… well you are out of luck until blizz fixes it.

The mount is an account wide unlock for people who complete act 4 of the campaign. She can start another character and unlock it there and it’ll unlock retroactively for her existing character. But I don’t think there’s a way to do it through the skipped campaign character.
This was mentioned in another thread, as well as reddit, apparently Blizzard gave the option for everyone to skip the campaign in Season 2. Don’t know why as it just kind of screws over new accounts without giving them a mount.
So she has to start all over on another characters to have the mount on her main character ? lmaooo
