I have had this issue for a while now, and it seems to get worse with every patch. When I mount up (whether in town or outside of town) the mount seems to glitch and travels at a snail’s pace. It’s often not worth mounting up while in town.
I uploaded a video to YouTube that shows what’s happening. Am I alone in this?
