Just finished the mothers gift caches and the freaking XX purple one dropped some non affixed 925 gear, the resplendent spark, but did not drop the piece of gear with two greater affixes. Ugh.

the same for me, no spark on lilith in season 4. this season no mythical drop as a reward for level 20 mother gifts
I received the spark but did not receive the 2 GA Ancestral Legendary
I think all Greater Affixes rewards are bugged, they don’t seem to be working across the board. The Infernal Hordes chests aren’t dropping Greater Affixes either.
