It sure does not feel like we are getting the 35% XP buff. I know this happened before where they did not turn on the blessing.
I don’t know. I went through like 10 levels in maybe 20 minutes in a helltide earlier. It slows down as you level and the required xp grows but I definitely felt the extra. Even now that’s it slowed down I hit 80 on my2nd barb after only 3-4 hours played today

Its working. Went from 95 to 100 in a little over an hour and that was with me messing around.
