Mother’s Blessing, for me, is still displaying 25% EXP/Gold boost, but advertisements state it would be 35%. I read they were suppose to implement a patch this afternoon (earlier today) to correct the issue. However, it is now night time and the buff still displays 25%
They also need to lower the item shop prices - atm - Fortnite is getting all my money for skins because they cheap, but in Diablo 4 you looking for spect 25+ on a cosmetic skin. Blizzard is the only game that sells skins over 24$ and of course they will black friday discount all the fugly skins.

They only put the underselling cosmetics on sale… this is typically marketing… bring people in, they spend on trash, and while they’re spending, they buy high priced stuff also because of the excitement of spending money. Very typical.
the patch note tells you exactly that…

As someone who bought every cosmetic full price. Oof blizzard. Wheres my discount or reward for buying every one of your cosmetics. How about giving me some free platinum. Look at my account and tell me i didnt buy every shop item only to have you discount them. Wow dude. Loyalty bro. Loyalty.
