Same. Have abandoned and restarted quest, changed world tier, restarted game… once quest is started can’t interact with Mordarin to give elixir and advance quest.
Same here. When I first got the quest I didn’t have the resources to make the potion so I left and now I’m way ahead and figured I’d finish that quest but he’s not clickab.e
Same problem here (PS5). First I didn’t have the Elixir. Now I have it, but can’t interact with Mordarin.
Make sure you craft Elixir of Shadow Resistance and not Elixir of Shadow Resistance 2. I crafted the Elixir and he became clickable.

I went and crafted the “quest elixir” the alchemist had and that is not the right elixir you have to do a regular elixir of shadow resistance and then it worked for me.
