I’m willing to bet that this time around the secret cow level involves VERY clever hunting techniques… such as being lvl 66 or having exactly 666 gold while doing _____.
It would suck if someone datamined it before a natural find.

They are currently trying to find it based upon data mining. Officially, Blizzard is denying the D4 existence.
Need to salvage between 70-120 shakos for diablo to spawn and drop Wirts leg.

You need to find Diablo first because you can find the cow level.
It involves a bunch of steps, including a 5% chance rare drop from Helltide Butcher.

That would explain how the game turned out the way it did.
You have to type moo in local chat at all the cow locations in the game then go back to ked bardu and moo again

There is no secret cow level.
Oh it’ll 100% be datamined before officially found.
They’ve already found quest items tethered to a yet added quest, referencing Wirt’s Leg, Horadric Cube and scroll of town portal. And where they drop too (just not the means).
