But it was added to Immortal…probably because it was popular.
And Demon Hunter also won’t be in D3. Guess that was unpopular too. In fact, I think they said something along the lines that they won’t be reusing classes here on out.
I agree that his lack of sources is a hoot, but …
Monk was the least played class in D3, right? Like, I played for many, many years and if you had asked me “Pop quiz: least-popular class in D3? GO!” I would have shouted “MONK!” and then fist pumped because there’s no way that’s wrong.
I just did it for fun in my office for a gut check, and yeah. Yeah. That felt right. /fist pump

Demon Hunter: 13,5 SC; 1,2 HC
Monk: 12,2 SC; 1,4 HC
Witch Doctor: 10,1 SC; 0,9 HC
Sorc: 13 SC, 1,1 HC

How can this be the OP said “Monk is the least played class.” When it was clearly the WD. The Monk at #2 in HC is interesting. Thanks for posting the actual numbers from Blizzard, and not worthless YouTube views.

According to a couple sites Monk is the third least popular class in WoW with Rogue and Evoker under them at 70. Evoker you’d expect, not sure why an OG class is under them.
a lot of core demon hunter abilities are missing.

I AM curious what happened to that list after Necro got added to the game. I’d imagine a few classes got moved down the list. I know I didn’t play much D3 until it got added.

I played a cute Void Elf monk. Nothing derpy kungfupandaish about her.
WD is actually one of the most fun. Nothing like knocking heads with with toads falling from the sky.
I have a 846 hours on my D3 monk. 767 on Barb and 525 on my Demon Hunter. With Necro, Witch Doctor, Wizard, and crusader all under 300 hours played. I’m looking forward to the Spirtborn myself due to how similar it might be in gameplay to the monk.
