Missing Twitch Drops, Twitch and Blizzard blame each other

So twitch announced twitch drops at the launch of the game for 4 weeks.
Week 1 Rogue and Necro, Week 2 Sorc, Week 3 Druid, Week 4 Barbarian.

I initially linked both sides of my account (twitch to battle.net and battle.net to twitch) then jumped in a few streams across the 4 weeks and managed to earn the checkmark against all 10 items.

After week 1 of not getting the items, I didn’t really think much of it as I was playing my barbarian at the time, so the items wouldn’t have shown up in my wardrobe.
Come week 4, my wardrobe lights up, I go check, and the back piece and the mace are there – everything seems good.

I jump over to my other characters, and… nothing… no druid cleaver, no sorc wand, no sword or dagger for rogue/necro… I immediately raised a ticket to both companies… showed screenshots of all items being checked on twitch, showing both accounts having been linked for over a month (Ticket US92779720).

First blue reply… just wanted proof of the claims and the twitch account, sweet easy enough, took the appropriate screenshots and submitted them…

Second blue reply… as they are twitch drops, I have to wait 72hrs incase there is a delay in item delivery, otherwise contact twitch (why would there be a delay on weeks 1,2 and 3 when i have week 4 rewards)

Third blue reply showed me not only did they not read the ticket, but there was almost no care… “We can see you have the barbarian mace and back piece… if you cannot see them in the wardrobe raise it as a bug ticket on the forum.”

Like, I had literally stated (and shown with screenshots) that I had the backpiece, and thats how I knew there was an issue with weeks 1,2 and 3 rewards not being sent to my account/applied correctly.

I guess this is more just a rant about the frustration and disappointment in how something has been mismanaged soo poorly.
I get it, they are just cosmetic, and I am sure once seasons start I could get something better and not want to use the twitch ones, but its more the basis of the issue is that twitch don’t care and blame blizzard because twitch can show that the account was linked (for over a month now) and all 10 rewards have been claimed and issued, and blizzard don’t care, or even fully read the ticket.

I am having the same issue. I play a barb and did not see that I was not getting the other drops for the other classes. When I completed the barb requirements I saw the weapon and back cosmetic in my wardrobe and thought everything is good. I have now tried to create a character for each of the other classes to try out as seasons were going to be starting and saw that I do not have the other cosmetics for the other 4 classes. I put in a support ticket and they told me to submit a bug report but there have been bug reports about this for a month with no responses.

Same exact issue. They told me to open a ticket here like that’s going to solve anything

I had the same problem, and they just replied with : we cannot assume that you linked your account, so we cant do anything.
