Missing the ultimate edition mount from the stable

For some reason I do not have the ultimate edition mount, its missing from my stable. All my friends have theirs but I don’t have mine. Can someone please look into this. Thank you

Same thing here, I have the Caparison of Faith but no Temptation mount.

That is a known issue they are looking into Toocrazy and Ekuri. You can find a thread about it on the Bug Report forums.
