I was playing, doing a quest and all of a sudden the game freeze and there was no possible way of quitting it.
I had to force pc to restart from the cpu. After that the game works just fine.
The problem persists that the game does not recognize the output device audio,
I mean, it does not recognize anything, neither speakers (which are the main) nor tv, nothing.
I have tried reinstaling, reparing from battle.net… dont know what else could i do
You would need to reinstall your audio drivers, whether they are from your motherboard or your GPU.
Hey Nicole, thanks for reply. Unfortunately even i tried that the problem remains the same. If helps somehow, when i log in into WoW the device audio is recognized good and same with others games, wether they are from bnet or another brand. Anything else i could try?
What type of audio device are you using? Is it bluetooth?
It is a stereo with 4 ports, 2 whites and 2 reds that connect two speakers and also connected directly to the motherboard using a 3.5 jack audio cable.
Unfortunately, it sounds like you’re encountering a bug, so it’s best to report it over in PC Bug Report
