Missing the mount from season 2 chapter 5

After claiming the reward from Slayer. I got everything else besides the mount from it. Anyone else have this problem?

I had thes problem with the S2C3 mount armor. still not fixed.

Had this problem with Rewards from chapter 3 and 5, neither of them show up at the stable.

Same here, Chapter 3 and 5 mount rewards are missing.

Issu is still persistent. Lots of reports.
