Act V: Beneath the Wine-Dark Sea:
in the deathspeaker temple a LOT of textures are missing on the stairs, instead there is just shapeless blackness. Looks rather crappy.
Also some objects there are just black blobs, too.
Some details: playing via Battlenet client, Windows 11, Nvidia 3080 Ti with latest driver release from just a day or 2 ago.

I am seeing the same thing in Epiphysis Entrance.
I’m having the same issue in several dungeons - the stairs are just black spaces.

Same. I am seeing this in Oldroot dungeon everytime I get in there. The stairs are just black spaces. It’s really confusing. I remember doing this dungeon in S1 and I never encountered this.
Yeah I’m seeing this in some dungeons as well. Thought I was going crazy and tried turning everything to low, disabling high quality textures, updated video card drivers etc. Nothing works. It’s obviously an issue with the game not loading the texture at all.

Just poor coding it seems.
Don’t recall the dungeon, but I’ve also seen the same thing. I also see a ‘halo’ of texture around the Nightmare Portals in the overworld event
I am seeing the same thing.

With max settings on 1440p display the load on CPU is barely 15% @ 55 degrees and load on GPU is about 59% at 44 degrees. My system is liquid cooled.
I never saw any problems like this on release or in the last two seasons so I suspect there is a problem in one of the new texture files being used on these specific objects (primarily the short steps).
Same thing for me aswell. Are you using an AMD GPU too?
I am seeing the same i have an Nvidia RTX4090
