hi my account seems to be missing a spark. please fix this

I have this same issue. I farmed 4 sparks through season quest/Iron Wolves with my main (barb) and farmed a 5th by completing Iron Wolves with a rogue. I used 4 to craft a Harlequin Crest, left town for a couple weeks, logged back in and I have 0 sparks.
Same thing for me! Crafted Grandfather had 3 sparks left, now i have 0.
I have 0 sparks as well.
