I am missing the Clockwork mounts and seasonal items related to that season. This happened just a few days ago when I logged in the mounts were missing. I had the mount set as my default so I know right away.

Would be nice if we could get an official word onā¦ you know, when we will get paid content back. I hate how bad they are at communication.

I had this bug a few days ago, and I thought it was resolved now. I didnāt connect to the game since because I really donāt have the desire to play a new season and buy the battlepass if we have the same problem in a few months.
Would love an update from the CM or on the website, because I canāt believe we are facing this situation. I think itās the only game since the PS3 where Iām confronted to this, maybe it has happened before but for me itās the first time. Incredible.

I am also missing all of my Season of the Construct items. I use the horse, portal and some armor. Absolutely gutted these elements are missing.

I am missing an emote from the Season of the Construct battle pass. I had it equipped earlier in the season and after changing my emote wheels around I can no longer find it. Itās the āFilthy Abominationā emote or whichever is the one where the little spider construct pops out of the dirt and my sorcerer zaps it a couple of times.
I am aware that there are class locked emotes that are not available to other classes, but that is not the case here. I have only made one character this season and actually had this particular emote equipped and I no longer see it in the menu of emotes to select. Itās my favorite emote for sorcerer so I really hope I can get it back

I logged in a few minutes ago, and guess what. Nothing has been done. No error message (except one in Spanish, which is not my language), no item coming back, nothing. Of course, itās an online game, so we need to wait the end of the PSN bug to play, even if we are a solo gamer.
You know what is gone too ? My will to play for nothing and my money for this season or the next ones. Luckily we have thousand of games to enjoy. Today I will go for No Manās Sky and its new update. Update 36 or 37 I think. Oh, and free, like all of them. I wish you good luck for the resolution of this bug, and I hope you can find joy in playing Diablo.

I am also missing nearly all of my season of the construct stuff. I paid for these items. Would be nice to have them.

It looks like many of us are experiencing the same issue. All the content from Season 2 has disappeared, including cosmetics from the season pass. In my case, I recently saw my character still wearing the cosmetics in the selection screen, but as soon as I entered the game, they were gone, leaving only the base appearance of the equipped items.
Has Blizzard acknowledged this issue or provided any updates? We paid for this content, and it should still be available. Hopefully, the support team sees this and gives us a response soon.

Still missing paid content after the update.
I gotta say, when paid cosmetics vanish, Iām out till Blizzard actually addresses it. I draw the line there and have played so much in the last 12 months, Iām done. Iāll wait for the 2026 expansion. Iāve endured too many changes with all the items going obsolete and things theyāve done to care at this point.
