Missing Season of Construct items

Myself and my couch coop player both are missing paid Season of Construct items.

When the most recent patch went live 2 or 3 days ago I also lost paid Season of the Construct glam from my account. Following.

I just had the same. I’ve lost the lantern (mount trophy) from Season of Construct few days ago and today I’ve lost armor from premium Season of Construct pass. Diablo 4 IT team should be forbidden to work on anything IT-related every again.

Same, I have also lost all of my Construct cosmetics.

This is what support told me:

"I completely understand your concern, Kyle. You’re absolutely right when you say that you have the right to play the content you’ve already paid for. Regarding the Diablo IV team’s communication issues, I can assure you that all the issues they’ve addressed are registered and taken into account for future patches. This situation won’t be an exception in my opinion. They’re already working on a prompt solution, and while I can’t tell you exactly when the new content will be available again, you have my word that everything will return to normal once they finish deploying the solution.

You’re in a legitimate position to ask for clarification and solutions, and all we ask is a little bit of patience for our beloved Diablo IV dev team. They’re awesome, and they definitely value the community when issues like these arise."

I’m sick of how bad their communication has gotten, and their support system is a joke. You basically have to trick it into letting you make a ticket for 99% of issues.
