Hello Blizzard Support, I’m contacting you because I appear to be affected by the Resplendent Spark reward bug in Diablo IV, and I’m honestly really frustrated because I spent a lot of time working for these rewards. I am missing TWO Resplendent Sparks: The Spark from the Season VII cache reward The Spark from the Mephisto Torment 10 reward completion In both cases, the Spark was never added to my Materials tab. For the first reward: I completed the required Season VII objective I claimed the cache No Resplendent Spark appeared in Materials For the Mephisto reward: I completed the Torment 10 Mephisto encounter I received completion credit The Resplendent Spark was never granted I have already: Relogged multiple times Checked all crafting vendors Checked the Materials tab carefully Swapped characters and logged back in Because I already lost rewards twice, I have avoided opening another cache since I’m worried this is part of the known Spark/cache bug many players are reporting. I would really appreciate it if my account rewards could be investigated and the missing Sparks restored if possible. I worked very hard for these rewards and it feels terrible to lose progression because of a bug. Thank you for your time.

They can be granted rewards for one-time content or obtained through limited repeatable game content. Hey Rood. Thank you for the response, but unfortunately this does not address the issue I reported. I already understand how Resplendent Sparks are normally obtained. My issue is specifically that the rewards were NOT granted to my account after completing the required content. I completed: the Season VII cache reward the Mephisto Torment 10 reward In both cases, NO!! Resplendent Sparks were added to my Materials tab. This is not a gameplay question. It is a missing reward/account issue!!!. I have already: relogged multiple times checked all crafting vendors changed characters verified the completions I am asking for this case to be escalated or reviewed for missing account rewards, not redirected to general forum information. I would appreciate if someone could investigate whether the rewards were correctly granted on the backend. If its too much work just put the 2 sparks into my Barb. inventort tyvm. We have had a huge influx of players needing help lately, and we are doing our best to get to everyone as quickly as we can. I totally get the frustration here, man. Spending all that time grinding through Season VII and taking down Mephisto on Torment 10 is a massive achievement, and it feels terrible when the rewards don’t show up in your Materials tab like they should. I really wish I could just hop into the backend and drop those two sparks right into your Barbarian’s inventory for you. The tough part is that as Game Masters, we actually don’t have the technical tools to investigate account rewards or manually add Sparks at this level. The only ones who can track these specific reward triggers and fix the underlying issue are the development team. Because of that, the best way to get this on their radar is to submit a report through the forums. This allows the devs to see the data and hopefully roll out a fix for you and any other players hitting this snag.
