I tried to salvage a LEGACY Melted Heart of Selig at the Blacksmith in
Cerrigar to receive a Resplendent Spark, but I still have 0 sparks after
salvage. Was this a bug or is that

Not a bug, I took it 
. Its mine now
Did I “Salvage” a Mythic and get burned? Does Blizz give a crap?
So, where do I go if Blizzard doesn’t respond here?
Idiot Update:
Okee… clearly I’m an idiot here… I never thought to look for the Spark with my Mats. I was looking at the pull-down on the Blacksmith and not seeing anything… sigh.
