Missing Resplendent Spark

Confirming I’ve completed the 3 primary sources of Resplendent Spark sources for one character (First torment boss, Uber Lilith, and the seasonal reputation final reward); I’ve done a bit of farming and obtained a few Mythic Uniques I’ve broken down (Andariel’s visage and two doombringers), I should have 6 total Sparks obtained for seasonal. I’ve crafted one Mythic Unique and then should be down to two sparks. I only have 1 resplendent spark.

I am missing a Spark from either the first Torment Boss kill or the final seasonal reputation reward. This is also affecting another player who is playing with me.

I’m having this same issue, first Tormented boss killed of the season was Tormented Andariel, looted everything off the ground no spark, and no spark showed up in my materials section even though the Challenge said it should have awarded one.

It may be randomly bugged from the tormented boss drop. I killed a tormented Zir earlier with some friends, and a spark didn’t drop. I didn’t think until just now to check my materials and thankfully I do have the spark there, but it didn’t drop at all. So likely a bug with the tormented boss spark.

Same. Not getting spark from killing Ubers.
