I have completed both the Season 4 and Iron Wolves questlines and have killed Uber Lillith on Torment difficulty but I only show 2 Resplendent Sparks in my materials inventory.
So what is the bug? You get one for killing Lilith and one for completing the Iron Wolves quest line.
Do you also not get one for completing the Seasonal Questline, separate from the Iron Wolf Questline?
No. Only the final Iron Wolf cache has the spark. You don’t get a spark for completing the season journey.
