Hi, at this moment im on 261 paragon level and i have 293 paragon points. I have noticed that that im missing some. If im couting right there are 6 paragon points from each finished renowned map. That is 42 in total + 4 for All Liliths altars. That is total 46 extra paragon points. But now i have only 32 extra paragon points.
I spoke with Game master Oukwaen and He confirmed that I indeed missing paragon points and I should report it here in order to fix it (Ticket Number: EU105552774)

I have the same issue. I’ve reported it twice on the forums. They don’t care. They won’t fix it. I’m shocked you even managed to get a ticket open. Their support is virtually nonexistent. Despite having “Contact Us” and “Customer Support 24/7” on their webpage, you can’t do either.
Anyway, I have 30 from renown when I should have 42. Fix this. Sick of this slop.
To be fair Im not even sure how I managed to open the ticket. Took me few tries and reply was absolutely useless anyway. Just We cant help you its dev issue. We definitely are not the only one with same issue but until Blizzard got their money They dont care I guess!
They should at least tell us how to sync it again to get lost paragon points back.
Do you have char from the pre paragon mechanic change?

Yeah I’ve had the first character since launch (as it seems to be at the account level) and completed renown shortly into the vanilla, VOH, and LOH launches, so pretty sure renown was maxed at the time when the changes went through.
Also missing paragon pts. Season rewards show +4, never came. At 170 or so, and likely anything previous to that is also missing. not just you.

Yeah same here. I had vanilla char fully maxed out. Then i took break and when i came back it was already broken unfortunately.
