I’ve lost four Paragon Points after using Refund All on the Paragon Board. Am currently sitting at 221 paragon points. I’ve been capped on renown and altars since season one. What can I do? Where can I submit a ticket? I cannot find anything and “Support” links only lead me to a FAQ about generic battle.net articles.
