There are only 58 total skill points to obtain in Diablo 4. 48 Skill Points are granted from levels 1 to 50, and an additional 10 Skill Points are available from Renown. After level 50, you will earn Paragon Points instead, so plan your Skills ahead!
A total of 225 Paragon points can be earned and allocated which caps out the finite Paragon Board system.
1 point from turning Level 50.
200 Paragon points total at Level 100.
20 Paragon points through Renown from each region in Sanctuary.
4 Paragon points from Altars of Lilith. (1 point for discover all in each region)
