When I logged in today, I found that several consumable items were missing. I had one Crux and 4 dungeon keys that are now gone - a treasure breach and 3 escalation sigils(2 were ancestral). No, I did not use them. I also had a trace of echoes I was saving for playing with my brother and that disappeared too - couldn’t open it. Trace of Echoes doesn’t seem to stack at all - I had found 2 in a row and could only use the eye once.
