yes I have purchased mounts in the game shop and they are not being delivered to my stable and this is not the first time I have had this problem and will discontinue my use of the shop for the time being until i see a resolution to the problems sincerly a disgruntled diablo 4 player

I just now ran into the same issue. Now that I think about it I think I purchased another mount. Not long ago that I did not receive. This should be simple. How do we get a refund?
