Aside from the aspect not functioning as expected (and no patch or acknowledgement in sight), it seems to be one of the rarest drops in the game. I have found ONE (rank 2 of 6) this season (and my buddy who has played even more than I have hasn’t found one at all). Anyone else not finding this aspect? I’ve gambled for rings and always select the Ring reward when available in a whisper cache and really not finding any rings with this aspect on them.

First season where I’ve made a Barb alt, and I’ve found these all over the place. In fact I’ve maxed it out in the codex and keep finding duplicates. It’s how RNG works sadly.
I had the same issue in S2 for a particular aspect on my rogue I couldn’t find for the life of me. I finally got my first drop of it at level 80, then didn’t find another til way past 100.
If I find another item with this aspect want me to save it for you?

not really rare. see them plenty and have had the max rolled version for a long time. its just rng. once you stop focusing on it sure enough it will show up in your inventory

I will add my experience in here for data collection. I am on a level 95 Double Swing Twisters Barb and have not seen the Giant Strides aspect once. That is literally the only aspect that has not shown up yet in S4 so far so there is certainly something wrong here.
I’m level 100 and I have the aspect, 6/6. I’ve come across it quite a bit. I couldn’t tell you when I got it or finished upgrading it.
have seen it plenty. got it 6/6 on both softcore and hardcore. its called rng
