Missing Dark Citadel cosmetic (first time completion reward)

I have a problem with a missing cosmetic in Diablo 4.

The item is the “Gloves of the Khazra” and they are suppose to be rewarded for the first time completion of one of the wings in the Dark Citadel raid on Torment 1 difficulty (along with the helm and boots).

I already got the helm and boots during my first clear of the respective wings, however, during the first clear of the 2nd wing (where the gloves were suppose to drop) I died during the last boss encounter. While I was dead, the rest of the party finished killing the boss but I didn’t get any loot at all (probably because I was dead or a bug??). However I did get credit for finishing the wing and I was able to complete the quest.

Because I didnt get any loot, I decided to run the same wing again, mainly so I can get my cosmetic reward. This time, I successfully cleared the wing and the boss dropped the loot, but the cosmetic “Glove of the Khazra” wasnt there.

Now I have no idea what to do and I don’t want to miss out on completing the set and getting the cosmetic. Is there any way I can still somehow get the missing cosmetic? Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE:
I tried making a fresh new character, I leveled again to 60, and cleared all wings on T1.
The cosmetic still didn’t drop even on the new character.
I think the game “thinks” I have already got it, and now Im totally locked out of getting it and completing the set. :frowning:

When I ran it the first time with Iggi last week I received 3 cosmetics.
I do not care about cosmetics so I do not even know which ones they were.

I’m worried if I might be completely blocked from receiving this drop, because it is suppose to a first clear reward and not some rare drop that you can farm.

As I said, during my first ever clear of the wing, I got credit for completing the wing, but I didnt get any loot from the boss due a bug or some other reason. Now the game knows that I have completed the wing already, and any additional clears doesn’t give me cosmetic drop :frowning:

i think the only guaranteed reward is the mount.

I got the gloves on my 5th run or so.

where is the information from that its guaranteed?

I’ve never gotten the Boots. Were they supposed to drop? I’ve gotten everything else except for the T4 only stuff (and I’ve beaten DC in T4 a bunch of times, it’s just really rare apparently).
