Missing Cosmetics

missing the cosmetics from previous seasons. I have tried multiple troubleshooting recommendations with no luck.

Unlinked then relinked Battle.net and Xbox accounts

Hard reset console

Uninstalled and reinstalled Diablo IV

Cleared Xbox cache

Logged into a previous season character and then in the current season character

Can someone assist me?

You’re not going to get them back until Blizzard fixes this with yet another hotfix. Fixing the persisting wardrobe bug inadvertently created additional bugs. It is not your instance of D4 — this is completely Blizzard’s problem.
