So I noticed that the Midwinter Blight cosmetics are missing from my wardrobe, and I’ve read of other people that are for instance suddenly missing the season of the construct items.
What else can they mess up? Seriously, there is something not right in their pipeline and QA setup.
I have noticed something similar but in a weird way. I am typing this in hopes that it helps but I might be totally wrong about this as well so please don’t blame me for anything.
So I was making a “costume set” for my Rogue the other day with Warlord chest, gloves and shoes then I noticed that Warlord shoes are missing. This is impossible because I made sure to get full Warlord set in season 1 since it was my favorite set back then. So I closed my game and restarded the launcher and game again, it was still missing in my wardrobe. I checked my gear, turns out my shoes had the same look like Warlord shoes (but I couldn’t dye them).
I did a little testing, so far apparently if your current gear has the same look and or name as your wardrobe item, it will not show the image item version in your wardrobe. I’m guessing it’s a bug because I played this game for several seasons and this is the first time I encouter this bug. Hope they fix it soon though.

I’ve got Season of Construct (S3) cosmetics missing, both mounts ones and premium armor as well.
Same, also missing all of my Season of Construct items.
We listen to you. We proudly announce that thou wouldst be able to buy a cosmetic upgrade option in Season 8 that will bring back all the skins you have misplaced in your wardrobe and never found again.
This will be a one-time option and part of our great service. If you misplace your cosmetics items again you have to rebuy the sets.

This is what happens when a patch removes the mount your character is sitting on.
I think it happened to me 3 seasons ago. It blocked movement once I mounted up. I wrote a ticket and got the cosmetic back a few days later.
not the first time things go missing i paid for in a activation game.
lost some legendary cards in hearthstone, caused me to stop playing the game
Maybe this will wake people up, you don’t own anything in these games if it shuts down tomorrow all those spent dollars on cosmetics are wasted as they already are.
