Seems to be a missing chair in Ked Bardu. Go to the east door of storage/mog bldg. It is or rather is not(lol) located left side of “Travelers Beware!” board . First i tried switching location and back with no fix. The female npc in green was still there with no chair. I waited a while and another npc came up and sat on the “air chair”. Should be easily reproduced.
