Played both preorder and open beta. Reached level 20 in both. But I didn’t get titles or backpack with game release. In fact, didn’t get earned mount reward for server slam either. Anybody else having this problem?

You have to start over why would your beta character still be there are you drunk?
You have to complete the mount quest to use the mount it’s not rocket science
Backpack will be in your wardrobe in the main town. To equip it you have to go over to the item tab and enable it.
Mounts will be available when unlocked. You should see a red icon next to the stable marker on your map, that lets you know your item is there.
The titles you receive should be Initial Casualty. Check those on your abilities screen and select Y or Triangle to modify titles.
Wrong, the rewards are missing and it’s probably because of linking to Bnet after all 3 betas. Nothing in wardrobe or horn at the stable.

One. Psify, don’t be a troll. Two. Participating in the beta was supposed to earn you in game rewards with the official launch for your newly generated characters. Thanks for responding to a topic you knew nothing about.
Chef, thanks for you’re help. I tried all of that but items were still missing. I’ve put a ticket in with Blizzard.
That seems to be exatly the case, BUT there was no such requirement stated anywhere during beta anouncements and i ended up in the same position… Played all the betas and server slam, but no rewards in my wrdrobe, because of linking accounts just a few days before the release.

Titles:
Go to your character’s profile, press Y to customize.
You have “initial” and “early” in list of prefixes and “casualty” and " voyager" in list of suffixes.
Beta Wolf Pack:
In wardrobe stay in wardrobe tab but go to items tab in window on right
Mount suff: you get when you unlock mounts
If you don’t have any of these issue is that you linked your account to battlenet account after. Which is weird because battlenet account was required to play in beta.

As detailed in our news article, the Cry of Ashava Mount Trophy was earned by defeating Ashava with a Level 20 character during the Server Slam, which took place between May 12, 12 p.m and May 14, 12 p.m. PDT.
If this account did not receive the trophy, below are some of the reasons:
- Ashava was not defeated during Server Slam on this account or/and
- Ashava was defeated with a character below level 20 or/and
- Ashava was defeated on a different Battle.net account or console
In any case, Customer Service is unable to grant the rewards, transfer them to a different Battle.net, or assist with incorrect console account links.

Did not address missing items earned during beta. Have not responded to my request to be put in contact with someone who CAN grant the missing rewards.
Have you linked console account to battlenet account you used during beta? Rewards are tied to battlenet account used during beta.
Yes, but I linked my account immediately prior to game release. The Blizzard Diablo 4 beta blog did not instruct you to link account prior to beta.
I didn’t play the betta but I paid for the pack and waited. Do I still get my items or I had to play the beta?
