I extracted the Legendary power “Frostblitz Aspect” from a necklace because I got a better necklace and wanted to put the aspect on something else. But I cannot find the aspect anywhere to imprint it on another item. Where do they go?

The only place they go is your inventory tab. Check there D:
In case someone finds this thread and has the same problem, here is the solution:
You press “I” to open your inventory and right above your items (lower half of the screen) there are tabs (“Equipment”, “Consumables”, “Quest”, “Aspects”) - Aspects are stored in the aspects-tab.
