After reading around a bit, it seems like this is a similar issue to one people have been having since launch - but I have not seen a solution or an acknowledgement of a known bug and it seems to still be happening to people.
I am 60 on an eternal character (druid). I have completed every renown tier for every zone, including Nahantu (finished today), and claimed them all. For whatever reason, I only have access to 70 skill points instead of 71. When I refund all points in respec mode, I am only given 70 points to allot. Respeccing does not seem to change anything.
The forums are full of people magically getting their skill points back after leveling a few times, but I’m at level cap, so I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do. I’ve been playing pretty nonstop for 3 straight days and nothing has changed.
