Missing 4 Paragon Points

I´ve completed region progress, but im ending up with 221 paragon points. Leveled 2 chars to 100, both ending up with 221 paragon points.

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this ? I did reset the paragon board, did not fix it. Any help would be appreciated (I’ve not seen any response to any of the bug reports along these lines as well, shame on you blizzard support).

There are 4 shrines of lilith that award paragon points

Gotta find all the Lilith statues. There’s maps online so you’re not running around aimlessly.
