Hi after getting to 60 and respecing so I can change my build, I am suddenly missing 2 skill points.
Before pressing respec mode I had 71, now I have 69 which tbh sucks.
Any way to fix this please?

You have earned both skill-points from the reputation of Nahantu (the new zone)?
Because with the old reputation rewards of the old zones you have 69, 2 points from the new zone add to 71.
Maybe you had some points from equipment you no longer use?
My points from the zone shouldn’t have changed just for a basic respec. And no they weren’t points from equipment. I literally clicked the respec button and instantly lost 2 points with no changes.
We have a misunderstanding.
To use the Nahantu-reputation-skill-points, you have to unlock them by gathering the reputation. If you have not unlocked them yet, you can not use them and are stuck with only 69 points.
If you earned them, I would try to restart the game-client.
Maybe allocate a skillpoint and respecc all again?

I tried restarting and respecing again but it still only gives me 69 points.
It showed I had 71 points used before the respec so I must have unlocked the new area points already.

Update: @Estorion thank you!!! I decided to try your suggestion of respecing again & clucked “refund all” suddenly instead of 69 skill points, I i stantly have 71 again! 
I have the same problem on my seasonal rogue. I earned all rep points for ecery zone including Nahantu & respecing I have only 69 skill points. This character desperately needs those points for Deadeye my build is suffering w/o ranged dps because I’m missing them. 
Anyone know a way to fix this?
