Mirage Side Quest

I am going through and doing all of the side quests for the first time ever, came up to Mirage in Kehjistan and im following behind the ghost, i’ve restarted the quest 4 different times, even logged out and logged back in twice and the quest will not complete. It tells me to return to the altar but nothing happens each time. Nothing spawns, nada

Any suggestions?

I think it’s the one with the ghost? Try clicking the altar, or waiting about 30 secs. I know there’s one with a ghost near an altar that takes a bit to spawn.
