Knocking out what side quests I can find, I came across one called ‘Mirage’. Upon reaching the end, it tells me to go back to the altar. Instead, there’s suppose to be two effigies according to a YT video to destroy, yet they don’t show.
Same exact thing is happening to me. Idk how to resolve the issue.
I had the same problem but simply abandoned the quest, restarting and completing it resolved the bug issue. Hope this was helpful
I tried that, but the bug just repeated. Still no effigies

Just leave the game then jump back in.

I had this problem. Found you need to restart mission on your own no summons up and let the mirage get to the statue and disappear before you destroy the 2 statues then the elite will appear, also if some one else destroys the statues before the mirage gets to the statue you have to restart. Hope this helps

Summons include the pets that collect coins. I had to put everything away and not kill anything until after the quest prompted me to do so. Apparently, you can complete the quest too fast otherwise and it’ll bug.
