Is it capped at 100% combined attack speed + minion attack speed or is the cap 100% attack speed + 100% minion attack speed?
its combined. So a mixture of both can get the 100% soft cap. Remember, 100% of your stats are also your minion stats now, and minion specific stats are just added to that.
However for the secondary hard cap of 200% IAS look up attackspeed caps on maxroll, as that is a bit more complex and requires specific types of attack speed. Though this secondary hard cap is basically not worth going for as there are always better options then trying to do this.
