MiniMap issues for blind players that can be easily fixed

HI,

I have an issue with the D4 Minimap. I am legally blind and am missing my right eye. The minimap is locked on the RIGHT side of the screen however I am able to left align my action bar. Why is there no option to left align the minimap ? Who made this design choice ?

Why is this not an option in the game it is very difficult for someone who needs to play exceptionally exceptionally close to the screen to have to literally wrench their head to such a degree just to see where they are and DIE over and over again rather than a casual glance on the left which is the side of my head that has a functioning eye. I shouldn’t have to bring this to your attention because UI customization and more so MiniMap placement has been a feature of blizzard games since the blizzard one adopted addons for WoW or integrated the blizzard’s own version of the move anything addon into WoW proper.

I would appreciate a response to this issue.

I guess like me, the devs didn’t expect blind people to play this video game.

For the number of things they should have put in the game, it is no surprise this one slipped by them.

Tbh I’m not sure you’ll get any official response… but seems like something that would be fairly easy to add, and I’m sure some non-blind players would also make use of this feature so :+1:

an overlay map like we had in all other diablo games would also pretty much solve that problem

Have you tried turning your head to the right so your left eye can see the minimap? Just asking

No update to the Minimap placement issue in the patch. Disappointing.
