I was playing Diablo IV (couch co-op) with my partner and they claimed their midwinter gift from the idol. We both have separate accounts and spent $90 each on the expansion (on top of buying the base game) and now I cannot accept the reward as it says I already have. I see others in this forum have this same issue, with no reply which is ridiculous, this is clearly a couch co-op glitch. Is anything happening to correct this?!

Wife’s been trying to get attention for a week now to get her “unflagged” so she can claim the loot while not on couch co-op
