Why no Mid-Season Patch update yet?
because there will not be. season 5 only 2 months. not 3 months so no mid season patch.
We’ve had multiple patches this season, and it’s not mid-season yet, give it another week; we might get the changes that are actually in the 1.5.1 patch notes.
Isn’t 1.5.1 already out?
Edit: On the other hand, why bother with mid patch? 2.0 is gonna shake things anyway.
Yes, it is, but there’s things that either weren’t in it, or I’ve completely misunderstood from the notes.
Like the reward chest in IH being reusable now. It’s use once, and consumes all your aether for gold - how is that reusable? None of the others changed, and the big one isn’t reusable. What gives?

You’re right. Those aren’t reusable. I did a bunch of runs today and none were reusable.
Actually yeah, was wondering what happened to the mid-season patch? Didn’t they mention they would be adding tiers 9 and 10 for the infernal hordes?? But no mention of this during the campfire.
I’m sure we’ll get it, but I’m not sure what all will be in it at this point. I was only really looking forward to Horde tiers 9 and 10, but since most people can barely even complete T8, not sure what the point of adding tiers would really be. 
New patch next Tuesday, patch notes are already up. Just some minor changes and a bunch of bug fixes. Doubtful there will be another one before the expansion though.
