The situation this season mirrors the previous one. The store is overflowing with tons of badass, overpriced cosmetics. The complimentary battle pass sets are boring and disappointing in comparison. The new bosses yield only one unremarkable, common crown as a non-mount cosmetic. The game seems to have abandoned the idea of earning in-game cosmetics, especially for armor and weapons, in favor of a tenfold increase in microtransactions. It’s approaching the game in a manner similar to League of Legends or Overwatch, which is inappropriate given that it’s fundamentally a looter, and obtaining visually appealing armor and weapons should be an integral part of that experience.
I am having fun. Maybe you need to redefine your outlook.

I main a druid and was considering getting one but then I was like…I’m in a were form all the time anyways… I’d never see it. The druid gets the biggest shaft on cosmetics. I think they need to allow any class to wear armor cosmetics from any other class. You’re telling me that a druid wouldn’t like skulls or fire because they aren’t about death or burning? I don’t want to be limited to nature only stuff. It would also increase sales as well I feel like. They back themselves into a corner when they limit their sales behind classes
Even for those who my choose to buy the overprices cosmetics, I notice many of the set or half done - ie they do not include ALL the weapons types that can be reasonably used by the class.

At least ensure that the cosmetic sets that include weapons/offhands include all weapons/offhand that could be used by the class. Rogue - sword + bow… Why not also dagger + crossbow. WTF is with sorcerer set having a staff + offhand, but no wand? You cannot use them both.
I have to assume your artists do not actually play the game, or not given a sensible spec either or I guess blizzard simply do not give a damn.
corporate greed and disconnection at its finest. who in the right mind thought it was a good idea to make every single piece of armor thats unlockable by simply playing the game ABSOLUTLEY HIDEOUS compared to all the shop items. AND all the armor sets are $25+?? actual morons
