I bought the ultimate pre order for VOH for my account, went to buy it today for my wife and now Microsoft keeps saying “We’re having trouble processing your payment”. I double checked all of my payment stuff and everything is fine on my end. Is this just a Microsoft issue? Anyone else having issues with this?
I don’t when I bought mine couple days ago. I love Diablo 4 so I wanted to spoil myself since my birthday is coming next month and I bought ultimate edition. Try contacting your credit card company to see what is happening in case they don’t recongize your pattern of spending because if they don’t they can decline the purchase. Often without warning. The error message is referring to the credit card purchase hence “trouble processing”.
Check your email incase they have send you a warning about your account this happens when the patten of spening changes or some one else made a purchase who isn’t you. It is common for the fraud department to send emails to make sure even on simple of stuff.
