Micro stutters Windows 11 FIX

I was having a lot of micro stutters, while loading new locations and it was pretty similar to ones from Borderlands.

So to fix it:
Go to Windows Security → App & browser control → Exploit protection settings → Program settings → Add program to customize → Choose exact file path → Find your Diablo IV.exe → Find CFG in poped up window → Press Override system settings and turn it off.

Sounds like placebo but I’ll try when I get home and update

I had my Logitech G915 keyboard connected by dongle. Had to unplug to free one usb slot, changed to bluetooth. Forgot about it. This literally made the game stutter.

While game was running switchted back to dongle, instant fix.
